Salary: $15.63 plus DOE

Full Time Customer Service Pro

Are you a Customer Service Pro?....a skilled communicator who keeps the wheels turning. Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a friendly voice, who can handle incoming orders, resolve issues, and ensure customers get exactly what they need - fast? We are currently screening for a local company where you will bring your professional touch to every interaction as you bridge the gap between production and satisfied clients.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am -5:00 pm

Pay: $16 - $18/hour

Customer Service Rep Duties:

• Communicate w/customers via phone and email
• Enter purchase orders (ERP (X3)
• Update customer on back-ordered items
• Provide shipment tracking
• Create drop ship purchase orders
• Create return merchandize authorizations
• Setup customers in ERP
• Send pick list to the warehouse
• Helping with web checkout process
• Quickly determine customer needs and provide appropriate solution
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• 3 years plus relevant experience
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
• Strong written, verbal, active listening and phone communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a professionals manner
• Work as a team environment
• Must be detail oriented, ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task

Pay: $16 - $18/hour
