Job Description for a Food Assembly Helper:
- Completes and assembles food items and tray setups according to the specification this includes hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Skills and Abilities of the Food Assembly Helper:
- Proactive and self-organized
- Ability to manage through a substantial workload
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
- Flexibility (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Must be able to handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products)
