Pay Range: $12 per hour + tip out from bartender

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Barback to support bartenders and ensure smooth operations behind the bar. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who is organized, quick on their feet, and eager to be part of a dynamic team. If you’re interested in the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a social environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
• Assist bartenders during busy hours by prepping ingredients and clearing used items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in storage areas
• Remove empty bottles and trash, keeping bar areas tidy and safe
• Wash and polish glassware and bar tools
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Support bar staff and management as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
