Job Summary

The IT Implementation Support will serve as a primary contact for our customers during the onboarding and service experiences. The position will report directly to the Implementation Manager. The Consultant will work directly with Language Services customers and internal Account Managers to ensure a smooth implementation consistent with a project plan. Service projects will also require collaboration with customers and Account Managers.

  • Travel is 70%-75%, 3/4 weeks a month.
  • Proximity to an airport is required

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers during an implementation or service project.
  • Partner with Account Managers to participate in customer implementation calls.
  • Analyze the current process to optimize and increase efficiency - To include but not limited to Capturing product feedback from the customer and working with Account Managers to resolve any open issues; Ad hoc processes as needed; Implementation experience.
  • Prepare reports on account status for service projects.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of all assigned projects.
  • Serve as a resource specialist for customers.
  • Point of knowledge for customer questions while working onsite.
  • Provide customer support through various channels and report feedback appropriately.
  • Other projects as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

Additional Experience

  • Prior experience in customer, implementation or administrative support

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Team members must have a valid drivers license and be able to rent vehicles at each project location.

Pay Rate

$47,500 - $56,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
