ROTATING 12 HOUR SHIFTS: 2 on 2 off - 2 on 3 off
HOURS: 7:30pm to 7:30am
Role: Operate, repair, and maintain Blade Welder Assembly machines to ensure quality blade production.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, mechanical experience, ability to read instruments and perform basic math.
Preferred: Formal mechanical training, and machine operator experience.
Skills: Interpersonal communication, problem-solving, attention to detail.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, good vision.
