Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales by developing relationships with customers, processing orders, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and experience using sales systems to track and manage customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and meet company goals.
- Process orders, provide quotes, and follow up with customers on inquiries.
- Utilize sales systems to track customer interactions and manage orders efficiently.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, including maintaining records and reports.
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive parts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales systems and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
