British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Junior ECOMMERCE CRO & UX Manager in Warsaw

We are looking for an UX-focused project executive to support our CE e-commerce business. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering initiatives that improve the overall UX. While the role is grounded in UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO), the primary focus is on handling projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of improvements across our platforms. Working closely with local end-markets and the Area E-commerce team, you will help bring consumer-focused digital enhancements to life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and deliver UX and CRO projects across CE e-commerce websites, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Support the implementation of updates that improve the online journey — including website features, landing pages, and other touchpoints.
• Leverage data and insights to inform project priorities and support business cases for UX solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful rollouts of enhancements and tools.
• Contribute to testing and validation efforts (e.g., A/B testing), working with analytics teams to turn results into actionable improvements.
• Stay connected to industry trends in UX, bringing fresh ideas to improve site performance and consumer satisfaction.
• Cultivate collaboration between different markets and share standard processes with teams to drive ongoing improvement.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in handling digital or e-commerce projects, ideally with exposure to UX or website optimization.
• Strong coordination and partner leadership skills — able to bring different teams together to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• A good understanding of online consumer behavior and user-centric thinking.
• Interest in data-driven decision-making; experience with tools like GA4, Content Square, or Adobe Target is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with A/B testing or other optimization methods is helpful but can be learned on the job.
• Proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for improving consumer experiences and a willingness to explore new digital opportunities.
