Role and Responsibilities
E-commerce Junior Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with partners
KAM role to work closely with partners in areas of:
- Channel activation within partner ecosystem
- Planning promo plan, marketing plan, sell-out, communication & securing stock
- Building cooperation frame (budgets/cores, settling cooperation, formal agreements, T&C for promotions)
- Solving operational problems between companies (eg. connecting call enters, consumers claims)
- Actively search for new strategic cooperation in areas of growth need
- Build strategic cooperation milestones & annual goals, ensure daily monitoring of KPIs
- Run Steering Committee (Samsung + Partners) to ensure alignment of the organizations
- Act as voice of partner within Samsung
- Actively cooperate with partners to build promo plan, marketing plan, sell-out plan
- Work within commercial & SCM to secure stock for sales
- Review processes & Improve cooperation between partners (eg. Consumer complains review, connect CallCenters to ensure that consumer is well served)
- Solving operational problems between companies (eg. connecting call enters, consumers claims)
- Building cooperation frame (budgets/cores, settling cooperation, formal agreements, T&C for promotions)
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- 3 years of experience in ecommerce / preferred Consumer Electronics industry
- 1 year of experience in commercial role (or sales position) including promo & sales construction
- Good analytical skills and ability to run conclusions from multiple data points
- Advanced in Excel & Power Point
- Very good command of English, both writing and speaking
- Communication: Build relationships across teams. Understanding requests and handling multiple partners.
- Innovation: Challenge ways of thinking, generating creative perspectives and establishing new, effective ways of working. Identifying future trends and how to use these for business success
- Problem Solving: Seek and identify root causes or problems, establishing appropriate solutions and tracking results to conclusion
