Bachelor's degree. Candidate must be willing to work irregular hours and weekends; occasional overnight travel is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain Florida Driver's license; must be willing to travel using personal transportation. Employment is contingent upon the results of a national background screening. Miami-Dade County requires successful completion of a background check and a physical examination, including passing a substance screening.
The Extension Agent will work jointly for UF/IFAS Extension and Miami Dade County. The successful candidate will lead through designing, implementing, evaluating, promoting and reporting on positive youth development programs for youth and adult volunteers.
