About the Role

As Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work with development and maintenance in one of our agile teams supporting the Business Support organization at If Skadeförsäkring. This means you will participate in Agile ceremonies, development initiatives, as well as monitoring and handling incidents in the products supported. Your work will involve:

• Participating and contributing in Agile ceremonies
• Taking responsibility for development tasks assigned to you
• Engaging in requirement dialogues with product owners, end users, and other stakeholders when needed
• Developing and performing unit tests
• Contributing to and developing automated test methodologies
• Participating in manual system tests if needed
• Supporting business in AI development, including choices of technology, possibilities, and risks

You also have:

• Relevant education with a university/college degree or comparable skills
• Great interest in cloud development on the Azure platform
• Proven record of AI development or training of models
• At least 5 years of experience as a developer, preferably with lead developer experience
• Technical skills in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio 365, .NET Platform, C#, Entity Framework, Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps, and Angular
• Experience in test methodology and AI methodology is a plus
