Group Summary:

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and direct the work of Team Leaders and Supervisors in meeting department performance objectives
• Enforce company policies in a consistent manner
• Ensure teams are trained to follow documented procedures and work guidance’s
• Work to develop and maintain positive work environment
• Ensure the quality and productivity of parts being processed
• Work with HR in administering corrective actions in a timely, fair, and consistent manner
• Promote and support the Open-Door policy with employees and create good working relationships
• Other tasks as assigned.
