Job Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the digitalization roadmap in alignment with global IT, OT, and Operations strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Digital Tower, IT Leads, OT leads, and plant-level teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making.

2. Program & Project Management

  • Oversee digitalization initiatives, including Smart Factory, Digital Twin, and Real-Time Dashboards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple plants.
  • Coordinate with global and regional experts to ensure standardization and scalability.
  • Support in building an onshore and offshore team to support with the workload.

3. Technical Architecture & Integration

  • Collaborate with IoT developers and architects to integrate shop floor systems (PLC, MES, shipping systems, sensors) into enterprise platforms, such as UNS.
  • Evaluate and implement digital platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with the company’s reference architecture.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of digital standards and solutions.

4. Business Analysis & Enablement

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for automation to enhance throughput, quality, and efficiency.
  • Enable self-service analytics and “one source of truth” data environments.

5. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to data governance, cybersecurity, and privacy frameworks in all digital initiatives.
  • Participate in AI/ML enablement and compliance working groups as digitalization intersects with emerging technologies.
  • Supports Internal / External Audit efforts regarding ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 Certification for remote site location (Group Office).
  • Supports the requirements as detailed in Standard Operating Procedure 8000 (Quality Management System).
  • Ensure employees work in the manner consistent with the organizations established objectives and targets utilizing protective equipment, devices, measures, and procedures as promulgated by state and federal regulations. Establish clear goals for workplace health and safety. Complete safety talks, safety meetings, and required training occur, as defined.

Education

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or equivalent proof of baseline knowledge.

Experience/Special Knowledge/Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or IT/OT integration.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, MES, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.
  • Preferred experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Flexibility to support Divisional teams in respective time zones.
  • Proven adaptability to work with cross-cultural groups within a global organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines. Ability to understand and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Highly self-motivated, directed, and ability to work independently in virtual and physical settings.
  • Must demonstrate high initiative, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidential information, records, and/or files.
  • Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with digital ecosystem and tools (e.g., MES, UNS, Ignition, SAP, SharePoint)
  • Ability to mentor and lead technical teams across regions.
