As a Software Sales Specialist you are responsible for the identification, development, coordination and successful conversion of opportunities.
You will drive and contribute to the growth of Spendscape by prospecting, building pipelines, and closing sales with targeted companies. Your responsibilities will be leading the entire sales process, from lead qualification to contract closure for new business within your designated region (North America).
In this role, you will engage with multiple stakeholders and decision makers at your prospect clients but also internally within McKinsey. By establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, you will provide proactive thought leadership, identify the best solution setup for client impact, and demonstrate the value that Spendscape can deliver.
Collaboration will be key to your success. You will work closely with clients, McKinsey consulting teams, and your Spendscape colleagues to create and close opportunities. This includes collaborating with the communication & marketing team to increase the reach of Spendscape.
Your role will also involve representing Spendscape at conferences and events, where you will have the opportunity to enhance you network and promote our offering.
Meeting or exceeding pipeline advancement and revenue growth will be a critical part of your responsibilities.
To excel in this position, you will need to gain and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of sales processes combined with Spendscape's value proposition and navigating clients' risk procedures within the McKinsey context will also be essential.
‘Spendscape by McKinsey’, is McKinsey’s Cloud-based Software Solution that helps our clients to drive spend transparency, procurement analytics, and value-capture management. Spendscape infuses best-in-class technology and AI-based analytics with deep supply-market and category-sourcing expertise.
We are part of McKinsey’s global Procurement Consulting Practice and you will be joining a fast-growing global team in the procurement arena bringing cutting-edge technology to clients.
You will be based in our McKinsey office in Wroclaw, working with clients and the global Spendscape team of software, analytics and procurement experts.
