We are seeking an ultimate Dispatch and Compliance Administrator that enjoys working in a progressive, team-based environment and is committed to making a positive impact with our Transportation team.

The Dispatch and Compliance Administrator will administer the scheduling, dispatching, and compliance of Drivers to ensure effective driver utilization and compliance with Federal and State regulations for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT). This role will oversee finding broker back haul opportunities to maximize asset utilization and avoid empty miles.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling and dispatch of drivers.
  • Oversee backhaul project and finding potential opportunities for vans and cap trailers.
  • Complete reports and follow up on benchmarking and goal tracking.
  • Monitor driver locations/movement for safety and FMCSA and DOT compliance on Elogs and paperwork.
  • Cross train and provide backup assistance in other areas as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • 2 years dispatch experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • CDL-A is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in FMCSA and DOT compliance.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office, ability to create and modify spreadsheets required.
