Your Impact

You will help clients’ top management and field member build capabilities in delivery and to execute initiatives, both during an active project and continuing after our consultants have shared their recommendations. You will be involved from strategy through execution as the specialist of strategy execution and impact creation.

You will have the opportunity to manage projects and progress with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership. You will develop trust-based relationships with clients and delivering results as a specialist of strategy execution and impact creation.

You will identify organizational issues, transform client mindsets, conduct capability building training, and at times, design organization models. You will frequently discuss with top management, discern actions based on issues found, and propose actions for them.

Your primary projects will be closely related to our conventional projects, and you will provide clients with decisive support in the introduction, implementation of strategic consulting concepts, and accompany them with hands-on expertise, for example in top-line growth, lean services, procurement, supply chain management, change management, post-merger integration, etc.

You will gain powerful experience across various industry sectors (including but not limited to automotive, banking, aerospace, chemicals, consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, high tech, energy, logistics, pharma, retail, infrastructure, telecommunications etc.) and deliver sustainable change that incorporates McKinsey’s latest thinking.

You will join as an Implementation Consultant, working with consultants in various paths integratively.
