As a key member of McKinsey’s Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Data & Insights team, you will work closely with program leaders to understand their needs and challenges, designing and creating data analytic reports and dashboards, tailored to their programs’ specific context.
You will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. You will own workstreams and dive into multiple aspects of projects—this could include analyzing customer behavior, testing hypotheses to improve operational performance, developing data-driven strategies, or creating compelling visualizations to communicate findings.

You will be based in the United States as part of our E&C’s Data & Insights team. This team analyzes data and trends to identify risks, ensure regulatory adherence, and provide actionable insights that support ethical decision-making and organizational integrity.
