About this role
As Working Student, you will support the development of new bipolar transistors. This includes experiments, data analysis, and measurements in the R&D electrical characterization lab. You will get in touch with Nexperia’s product portfolio of discrete semiconductors and our R&D organization.
What you will do
- Electrical characterization of semiconductor wafers and final products (small signal and medium power)
- Measurements of ESD- and switching times in our laboratory
- Automation of laboratory equipment
- Evaluation of trials, data analysis and presentation of results
- Investigations of competitor products.
- SPICE-Parameter extraction
- Creation and maintenance of databases
What you will need
- Enrolled Student in electrical engineering or physics
- Knowledge in electrical metrology and semiconductor technology
- Good general technical understanding
- MS Office knowledge
- Business fluent in Germany, written and spoken

DEIN PROFIL
- Student/in der Elektrotechnik oder Physik
- Kenntnisse in elektrischer Meßtechnik und Halbleitertechnologie
- Gutes technisches Allgemeinverständnis
- MS Office Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
