The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Reporting to Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Reconcile data between ShopeeFood system and Partner system daily, monthly.
  • Make payment requests, purchase requests, purchase orders as required
  • Prepare internal & external reports monthly
  • Monitor and cross check system reports to ensure their accuracy, consistence, timely detecting system error, minimizing loss
  • Coordinate with other departments to check and resolve the problem related to gap income, payment issues
  • Other ad-hocs task upon request

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or payment operations. Experience in tech start-up environment (e-commerce, fintech, food delivery…) is a plus.
  • Good command of English (4 Skills).
  • Good at MS Office (Excel), knowledge of SQL, Python is a plus
  • Good sense of number, Strong attention to details, Flexibility to changes, Proactive and dynamic communication.
  • Fast-learning and open-minded, excellent in time management and organizational skills.
