Within the learning and professional development solution, Korn Ferry Digital offers KF Learn and KF Alliance, innovative platforms designed to transform employee skills and behaviors. KF Learn delivers a wide range of training courses and content packages, either individually or through subscriptions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of employees. KF Alliance provides L&D teams with unlimited access to Korn Ferry's proprietary content, enabling them to customize and deliver learning programs quickly and efficiently. The expansion of KF Digital in this space is fueled by the flexibility and scalability of these solutions, which empower organizations to create impactful and ongoing learning and development programs.

We’re seeking a Director of Product Management who will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our learning products, focusing on achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF) and driving scalable growth. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to deliver market-leading solutions. Collaborate closely with sales, advisory, and marketing teams, aligning efforts to ensure our products resonate deeply with clients and the market. Reporting directly to the GM, you’ll shape the future of our learning portfolio and deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact.
This position reports into the General Manager, Leadership and Professional Development. Experience in SaaS products within the the Leadership Development and / or Talent Development domain is required.
