We are looking for a strategic and analytical Sr. Manager, Global Revenue Operations to lead global revenue planning, systems optimization, and commercial analytics. This role is critical in aligning sales, marketing, product, and customer success to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in revenue operations, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Insights & Analytics
- Collaborate with BI to develop dashboards and critical metrics for monitoring commercial performance and guiding strategic decisions.
- Communicate revenue expectations and performance trends across Commercial, Studio, Operations, and leadership teams.
- Lead post-mortem and test-and-learn analyses for major releases to optimize future outcomes.
Planning and Execution
- Develop compelling data-driven documentation to articulate business needs and support key decisions across global commercial operations.
- Enhance methodologies to align go-to-market strategies with inventory, supply, and marketing timelines.
- Identify and lead core initiatives to accelerate revenue and market share growth across channels.
Systems & Enablement
- Own and optimize revenue tools and platforms supporting forecasting, pricing, and performance tracking.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational blockers affecting product launches or sales execution.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team passionate about continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Executive Leadership to align revenue operations with company goals, demonstrating product expertise and customer insights to shape product strategy and strengthen market positioning.
- Facilitate cross-functional strategy sessions and integrate feedback from consumers, retailers, and distributors into decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in revenue operations, business operations, or commercial strategy, preferably in consumer products, gaming, TCG, or entertainment.
- Experience driving revenue growth through DTC, retail, and distribution channels.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a demonstrated talent for influencing cross-functional collaborators.
- Proficiency with forecasting, CRM, and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position is $133,800.00 to $200,800.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
