Scope:

Eseguire le fasi produttive di propria competenza, nel rispetto dei parametri qualitativi, quantitativi e di sicurezza previsti dalle procedure aziendali e dalle norme cGMP in vigore.

In this You will...

• Eseguire operazioni relative alle fasi produttive di propria competenza, nel rispetto dei tempi e delle procedure vigenti, attraverso la compilazione di BPR, check-list, allegati, documenti di processo e mediante l'utilizzo dei softwares o ERP aziendali in dotazione ed al momento in vigore ( es: SAP / SAP PM / Glims / My Learning / G-Red-Star).
• Provvedere a realizzare tutti gli eventuali interventi necessari e propedeutici alle operazioni produttive ( es: movimentazione materiali, pulizie ambiente, operazioni di monitoraggio ambientale e attività di campionamento ove previsto) nonchè alla registrazione dei dati riscontrati, in riferimento alle norme di buona fabbricazione ed alle disposizioni ricevute. Mantenere ordinato, pulito ed in buono stato il proprio luogo di lavoro (Housekeeping) ed assicurare il costante aggiornamento del proprio status formativo.
• Collaborare con i reparti di supporto quali ad es. qualità, ingegneria/manutenzione, validazioni durante le lavorazioni e negli interventi condotti nell'area di propria competenza, al fine di garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività produttive, con il gruppo atto a gestire le deviazioni al fine supportare le attività investigative e con eventuali altri interlocutori aziendali durante le ispezioni sia interne che esterne da parte di autorità e/o enti preposti.
• Nell'ambito di procedure sostanzialmente definite collabora al miglioramento delle istruzioni operative inserite nei documenti di processo e nelle procedure aziendali di riferimento.
• Eseguire eventuali attività di archiviazione di documenti cGMP (ad esempio: log-book, schede di pulizia, BPR Test Run, allegati vari) nell'archivio di competenza, in accordo alle procedure aziendali. Comunicare prontamente al diretto responsabile (Team Coordinator o all'Operational Manager) le possibili aree di miglioramento in modo da evitare e prevenire anomalie sul processo e garantire il rispetto delle procedure e delle norme cGMP.
• Attuare le misure in materia di sicurezza e di igiene operando con coscienza delle problematiche ambientali e di comportamento, facendo uso dei dispositivi di sicurezza individuale e segnalando probabili cause di rischi imprevisti in accordo alle procedure aziendali.

• Diploma di scuola media superiore preferibilmente in materie tecnico/scientifiche o esperienza significativa equivalente nel settore farmaceutico / vaccini;
• Disponibilità a lavorare in area sterile su turni (6-14, 14-22, 22-06, compresi weekend con riposo compensativo);
• Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e del pacchetto office.
