Minimum Position Qualifications

High School diploma and two years’ experience working with an organizational information system and/or customer service experience.

Special Conditions

The Office of Admissions is especially interested in candidates who are functional in Microsoft Office programs, familiar with web-based procedures, who have had direct experience working with the public are preferred. Some overtime hours may be necessary during peak times.

Maintain the integrity of data while loading application information into the student information system following strict security protocols that minimize record duplication and increase efficiency of data entry.

Apply exceptional judgment in the application of federal standards that qualify what information can and cannot be discussed openly without proper permission.
