As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our global field marketing strategy. You will manage a team of talented field marketers across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, responsible for executing 300+ events annually. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads, driving pipeline growth, and achieving a strong ROI on all field marketing activities.

Where you will have impact

  • Manage and mentor a global team of eight field marketers, helping drive high performance and scalable best practices across geographies.
  • Own and execute global field marketing plans aligned with global demand generation and regional sales goals, driving results across NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Own the overall business strategy and execution of our annual customer conferences.
  • Represent Lighthouse at key industry events.
  • Develop and manage a robust calendar of field events, including tradeshows, customer events, executive dinners, roadshows, roundtables, webinars, and partner sponsorships, with a focus on driving ROI.
  • Own global budget allocation and reporting, ensuring every dollar spent contributes to qualified pipeline growth.
  • Ensure all global events reinforce our brand identity and support go-to-market messaging, strategic priorities, and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Brand Design, and Campaign Managers to ensure event planning, promotion, and follow-up are aligned and fully integrated.
  • Build repeatable event frameworks, processes, and templates that the field marketers can leverage for consistency, high quality, and results-oriented events.
  • Measure performance and impact of events, continuously b our strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.

Who you are

  • Proven track record of success in field marketing management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience managing a global team and navigating cultural nuances.
  • Experience with customer events, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Thick skin and ability to handle strong personalities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with high-growth companies or IPO transitions.
