Job Summary
Identifies process improvement and cost savings opportunities related to improved product service, process standardization and utilization, while serving as a key liaison through the development of collaborative relationships with and across multiple stakeholders in the value analysis process. Promotes total cost of ownership decisions related to cost, quality, and results-oriented outcomes. Reviews and assesses applicable financial clinical operational and evidence-based literature, and appropriately assists in the selection evaluation monitoring analysis and implementation of cost-effective products services and processes in the healthcare system.
Required Qualifications
- Require Bachelor degree in Nursing with three (3) years of relevant clinical experience; OR
- Require Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration with five (5) years of Value Analysis experience in the health care field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer prior clinical experience working in a surgical/procedural environment.
- Prefer a team player and self-starter who is accurate and detail oriented.
- Prefer the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Prefer the ability to take the initiative, and solve problems with little or no assistance.
- Prefer the ability to prioritize a variety of duties.
