THE JOB:

Step into the heart of guest communication as a Customer Care Operator at MGM National Harbor, where your voice sets the tone for unforgettable service. You'll be the behind-the-scenes expert connecting guests and departments, ensuring every call leads to a seamless experience. This is your opportunity to shine in a fast-paced environment where hospitality and quick thinking take center stage.

THE SCHEDULE:

Sunday - Tuesday 8:00AM - 445PM

Wednesday - Thursday OFF

Friday - Saturday 6:00AM - 2:45PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Call Handling: Answer and transfer incoming calls promptly to hotel guests or appropriate departments.
  • Guest Service Support: Respond to guest inquiries and service requests with professionalism and hospitality.
  • Emergency Response: Log and report telephone issues and dispatch urgent repair or service calls when needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving guest complaints within scope or escalate to management when necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of experience

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$17.64

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
