Summary:

This role will be responsible for key project management, reporting, analytics, and communications support for Project Alliance’s commercial strategy. The position reports directly to the Project Strategy Director and will be located in the Findlay, OH office.

Through this role, the successful candidate will gain exposure to a highly visible major project, commercial agreements, strategy, cross functional teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with commercial and operational stakeholders on project progress, milestones, updates, modifies the project plan, and regularly reports progress.
  • Collects and analyzes data for insights, trends, patterns, opportunities for improvement, and to inform business decisions.
  • Develops project-related presentations for executive, team, and external audiences.
  • Assists with communications strategy, coordination with communications, stakeholder engagement, media relations, gov’t affairs, and drafting communications.
  • Coordinates regularly occurring team meetings including soliciting and managing meeting agendas, meeting logistics, follow up action tracking,

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree: engineering, finance, project controls, business or related discipline
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Commercial and/or Midstream experience is preferred, not required
