The Office of Information Technology at the Dell Medical School is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Integrations Analyst for ERP Systems to join our team. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring periodic on-site attendance as determined by organizational needs.

Purpose

The Senior Integrations Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of integrations between Dell Medical School’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other campus and healthcare applications. This role will provide technical support for ERP platforms for Dell Medical School, including Workday Finance, Workday HCM/Payroll, and other enterprise solutions utilized by Dell Medical School.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, tests, and maintains system integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translates them into technical solutions. Works closely with university and healthcare IT partners and business owners to coordinate development, upgrades, and security requirements.
  • Creates and maintains system documentation, including data flows, mapping, and support guides. Ensures compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for ERP platforms. Monitors and optimizes integration performance, identify and resolve issues proactively.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 years’ experience implementing Workday integrations and supporting ERP systems, including integration development and support.
  • Active Workday Finance, HCM/Payroll, and Workday studio certifications.
  • Experience with integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, EIB, XML.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years supporting Workday integrations in higher education or health care environment.
  • Familiarity with data security and privacy best practices, and knowledge of additional enterprise systems and platforms such as Epic and Kodiak.
  • HL7 Certification
  • Epic Bridges or Interconnect Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification

Salary Range

$110,000+ depending on qualifications

Retirement Plan Eligibility:
