Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, is seeking a Associate Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

The Associate HR Business Partner works in support of a Senior HR Business Partner to learn fundamental talent management processes and responsibilities.

What are the primary responsibilities?

Prepare for an HRBP role by learning and becoming proficient with the following responsibilities:

  • Client Management
    • Enable leaders to achieve budget goals by containing costs through the workforce planning and reduction processes.
    • Enable leaders to prepare employees for the future via development opportunities and programs.
    • Enable leaders to engage and retain their employees by managing processes such as GPTW action planning, Momentum, compensation, new leader integrations and conducting focus groups.
    • Identify opportunities to share best practices across divisions and departments to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Data Management
    • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources such as Qlik and Workday.
    • Analyze data and statistics for trends in significant talent related challenges such as turnover.
    • Prepare reports of data results, present and make recommendations.
  • Relationship Management
    • Develop and nurture effective and collaborative relationships within HR.
    • Effectively influence senior leaders such as Division Presidents and Department heads.
    • Facilitate connections between clients and HR COE experts and ensure HR Services is properly leveraged.

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:
    • 3 years of work experience in HR in multiple disciplines.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer response skills.
    • Ability to build relationships.
    • Able to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Strong presentations skills with comfort around senior leadership
    • Basic knowledge of HR Policies and practices
    • Interested in pursuing the Talent Management Career Path
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business: Human Resources or related field
    • Proficiency with Workday, Qlik and Visio
