Job Summary:
Greeting all guests of Starbucks with a warm family style greeting. Must be able to model the behaviors and utilize all 4 service behavior standards. Must be able to accurately settle all guest checks to the appropriate tender using our point of sale system and keep over/shorts to a minimum.

- Ability to clean and stock areas adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures. * Ability to acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers. * Respond to visual and oral signals. * Address concerns and questions.* Physical dexterity to prepare food for service, pour non alcoholic beverages, use of cash register.* Ability to give Family Style Service. * Ability to process cash transactions accurately. Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
