SUMMARY: The Steakhouse Food Server is responsible for serving food and beverage orders to guests, creating computer guest checks, and assembling food orders. They have a full knowledge of all menu items that are available on the buffet line and answer all guest questions.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain a current Health Card, Liquor License, or other required certifications as required by geographical area of the property.
