Als Senior Architecture Consultant unterstützt Du unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung, Optimierung und Flexibilisierung ihrer Netzwerk Architektur im Hinblick auf strategische Ziele und betriebswirtschaftliche Erfordernisse. Du arbeitest in unserem Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture Consulting Team mit anderen Consultants zusammen und kannst vom breiten Wissen des Teams in Deinen Projekten profitieren. Weiterhin arbeitest Du, nach Bedarf, mit unseren Sales, Pre-Sales, Project Management und Technical Services, sowie Managed Services Organisationen zusammen, um für unsere Kunden eine ganzheitliche Dienstleistung zu erbringen.

Mit Deiner Erfahrung und den Markt- und Wettbewerbskenntnissen über Netzwerk Architekturen bringst Du Dich aktiv in den Pre-Sales Prozess mit ein. Durch eine enge Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen behältst Du den Überblick und bist in der Lage, die Services von NTT DATA auch Technologie-übergreifend bei unseren Kunden zu positionieren.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts regular technology related reviews.
• Proactively supports the development of new strategies and solutions.
• Supports the pre-sales process.
• Sells solutions and services as identified.
• Fosters good relationship with clients, vendors and partners.
• Maintains, improves and shares knowledge related to the information technology industry.
• May be required to coach and train Associate and Senior Associate Consultants.
• Reviews and evaluates client requirements in order to advise on the design, deployment and operation of infrastructures.
• Supports the development strategies and solutions that define meta-architectural designs for complexity solutions that will address issues such as styles, concepts, mechanisms and principles that combine to formulate the architectural vision for a specific environment.
• Supports research and investigation of emerging infrastructure technologies and the best practices associated with them.
• Continuously supports to the improvement of internal effectiveness by contributing to improvement current methodologies, processes and tools.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
• Excellent understanding of multi-technology infrastructure design couple with strategic thinking ability.
• Knowledge on multi-technology infrastructure design best practice which enables them to act as trusted advisors to clients on optimal infrastructure designs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of systems, software and programing languages.
• Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically.
• Excellent client service orientation.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.
• Ability to contribute information on relevant vertical markets.
• Ability to contribute to the improvement of internal effectiveness by contributing to the improvement of current methodologies, processes and tools.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field.
• Scaled Agile certification desirable.
• Relevant consulting and technical certifications preferred, for example TOGAF.

Required experience:

• Advanced comprehensive technical experience in a similar role within a large scale (preferably multi- national) technology services environment.
• Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience.
• Advanced expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management.
