What We Offer

Handle various processes to ensure efficient, timely and compliant delivery of standardized and operational HR services, especially in ELCM and Payroll & Time

Main Responsibilities

• Handle efficient HR services delivery within own discipline according to policies and standards
• Process employee life cycle related activities within relevant HR systems, such as Workday, SAP, E-sign, PowerApps
• Support Covestro China monthly payroll calculation and time related topics to ensure payment process accuracy
• Answer queries and questions regarding operational HR processes within own discipline via different channels
• Support HR Connect related projects or task assigned based on requirements

What You Offer

• Bachelor education
• At least 1 year HR on-the-job experience (e.g. General HR)
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Strong learning ability and acting responsibility
• Knowledge of related HR system and labor law know-how is a plus
