This role will leverage data and analytics to support and enhance the effectiveness of Chewy’s Site Experience team, delivering exceptional insights and improving operational efficiency. The Program Manager will help drive improvements in reporting and cross-functional collaboration processes, developing clear and actionable visualizations and communications. This position requires an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate should have a background in technology or retail, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Associate Director, Program Manager of Analytics & Tooling for Site Experience
The Program Manager, Site Experience Analytics will lead the creation and evolution of custom reporting, establish and maintain critical business monitoring processes, and collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders to support the analytical needs of the Site Experience team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, relentless curiosity, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that enable impactful business decisions.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Base Salary Range
$95,500—$152,500 USD
