Concrete General Laborer – Build a Career That Lasts

Location: Nampa, ID 83687

Pay: $20 – $22/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Strip and clean concrete forms and finished products
• Prepare steel molds for concrete pouring
• Perform basic carpentry tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support facility upkeep and assist with other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Experience in construction, concrete work, or general labor
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment

Work Environment:

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Labor-intensive, industrial manufacturing setting—ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work
• Steel-toed boots and safety gear required (provided upon conversion)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
