• 1st Shift AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• 2nd Shift PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

As a Production Worker, you’ll be trained to operate cutting-edge equipment, support daily production, and help create high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented environment.

????️What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor machines used in sheet manufacturing (hot roll, cold roll, waterjet, grinding, and more)
• Follow clear, step-by-step procedures and safety protocols
• Perform basic maintenance and assist with minor equipment repairs
• Use precision tools to measure and inspect materials
• Keep accurate records and enter production data electronically
• Help clean and prepare final products for shipping
• Receive and sort sheet samples for quality testing

✅What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a hands-on setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
