Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

The forklift operator will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move products around the warehouse. Additionally, this role involves using computers to track and input inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move products within the warehouse.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking.
• Handle materials using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Assist in unloading and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Input and track inventory data using Microsoft Excel and Teams.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in forklift operation.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs daily.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-climate controlled warehouse with a small team of three employees. The standard shift is from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, typically totaling 34-35 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
