Job Title: Parts Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Coordinator who will be responsible for conducting order processing and shipping, observing inventory to ensure necessary items remain stocked, and processing returned products. The role involves verifying product availability with customers, updating supplier accounts and pricing as contracts and terms change, creating weekly inventory reports, and troubleshooting shipping errors. You will also contact customers to inform them about inventory management and ensure packages are properly packaged.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Explore and expand new methods to grow the parts business including Parts Inventory Management programs, Web Based Parts Visibility,
  • Pricing and Procurement Initiatives (PVPP)
  • Timely and accurate responses to parts inquiries and new systems recommended spare parts requirements
  • Close coordination with the systems sales team and service team to continuously identify new sales opportunities
  • Perform customer site visits to validate parts inventory levels and flag required re-order points to drive new parts sales
  • Participation and adherence to company processes and procedures
  • Proposal development/writing
  • Achieve or exceed company established annual sales and margin goals
  • Establish a thorough understanding of supplier parts, pricing and compliance to Century Supplier T&C’s
  • Coordination with the accounting department for invoicing and collections

Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct order processing and shipping

  • Order parts and set up delivery for service technicians and customers
  • Work with the installation team to ensure all parts are available for projects
  • Create tool lists for clients
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare quotes

Essential Skills

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Proficient in the use of MS Windows-based computers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access Data-Entry)
  • Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds to waist level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
