What You Will Be Doing:

  • The candidate will be the F-35 Reprogramming Labs/Combat Data Systems Development Technical Lead over the F-35 Systems Engineering Technical Elements Integration team.
  • Your role will be to perform Air System Systems Engineering Integration to support Follow-on Modernization (FoM) Development activities on the F-35 Reprogramming Labs (RL). This includes Systems Engineering horizontal/vertical technical integration and management activities to direct and control all efforts required to meet contract requirements in accordance with the Systems Engineering Management Plan.
  • Development effort includes delivering FoM Mod upgrade kits to the following Reprogramming Laboratories: USRL, ACURL, and NIRL that consist of all elements required to support building, verifying, validating, and fielding Mission Data Files (MDFs) for the new configuration.
  • You will also be interfacing with multiple Combat Data System (CDS) Program Managers as a technical expert, providing support to ensure RWPs and contract requirements are self consistent and communicated/coordinated among all the teams CDS impacts. The role may be AGILE and face paced, with frequent complex changes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or a technical field of study related Engineering
  • Experience with managing/leading technical projects or elements within technical projects

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of overall F-35 air system, design, and processes.
  • Strong task coordination and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Demonstrates leadership
  • Experience with supplier requirements

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
