We are looking for an Operations Support Associate for our wheels and brakes maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) facility, Goodrich Asia Pacific Limited, located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity to establish or advance your career in the aviation industry.

The Operations Support Associate plays a key role in supporting day-to-day procurement operations. This entry-level position is responsible for purchasing process, tracking materials, maintaining supplier records, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring procurement activities run smoothly and in line with company policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You Will Do

• Track the material supply status with US material team
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier quotes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information and procurement records
• Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and assist in resolving any order or invoice discrepancies
• Support coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Assist with price comparisons, supplier evaluations, and basic sourcing tasks
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls
• Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.
• Communicate clearly and be proactive in a very fast-paced environment.
• Participate in monthly inventory count activities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

• Education: Form 5 or above, with 1 year or more of relevant experience
• Must have the right to work in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
• Experience in supply chain activities
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a team environment
• Good command of written and spoken English
