Internally, our tools are used on a daily basis to make our teammates’ jobs easier. Our customers are Amazon’s vendors, as well as our global Retail teams including vendor managers, customer service managers, buying specialists and other teams that support our vendor relationships. Our remit is expanding on multiple dimensions as we increase our feature set on behalf of North America Stores and add new WW marketplaces.
To enable this expansion, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, directly manage a team of talented Software Development Engineers, and work closely with a team of product managers and other partners and stakeholders in the US and abroad.

The ideal candidate has an established track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams and launching new features and experiences with demonstrable impact. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
