Job Description

- IT Due Diligence:Conduct thorough assessments of SAP systems for potential M&A targets. Identify integration challenges and opportunities within SAP environments.
- Target Operating Model (TOM) Development:Design and develop TOMs that incorporate SAP solutions and align with business strategies. Ensure TOMs are scalable, flexible, and support future growth.
- Integration Planning:Develop detailed integration plans for SAP systems and processes. Collaborate closely with SAP experts to ensure seamless integration.
- Stakeholder Management:Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on architectural decisions.
- Compliance and Governance:Ensure all SAP solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks.

Mandatory
- Proven experience in SAP architecture within M&A contexts.
- Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes.
- Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs with SAP solutions.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
