What You'll Do:

As a Finance Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, providing financial oversight of our channel partner contracts and commission programs. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. This role will serve as a key financial advisor to the Channel Partner Account Team, driving financial performance, governance, and compliance across the organization.

  • Lead the end-to-end commission management process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee the commission module and related journal entries, ensuring accurate liability reporting.
  • Resolve escalated commission-related issues and ensure audit readiness through robust documentation and controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement in commission processes and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary financial partner to the Channel Partner Account Team, providing strategic insights and decision support.
  • Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities related to channel operations.
  • Analyze financial performance, including miscellaneous income/expense, and present.
  • Financial review and governance of third-party channel partner contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to support contract negotiations and compliance.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of contractual agreements and governance documentation.

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP / financial system

Considered a Plus:

  • Experience in compliance, governance, or internal controls
  • Familiarity with SAP, BOBJ
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Background in channel partner program
