About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, and providing regular strategic insights to the CEO, Founder, and Business Unit Owners, this newly created role is key to building the strategic insight engine behind McNab’s continued expansion. We’re already leading the industry - now we’re focused on staying three steps ahead.
You’ll work across all McNab businesses - Construction, Developments, Supplyhaus, MBS, Electrohire and more - analysing macro trends, competitive dynamics, and future market forces. Your insights will shape how we grow, where we go, and how we stay ahead of the curve in everything from robotics and energy to pricing strategy, new business and investment opportunities, global partnerships, and emerging markets.
