Introduction to the job

  • Take a responsibility to support & improve internal process of CS operation.
  • Play a main role to manage CS stock management KPIs in close communication & collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Role and responsibilities

  • Ensure all materials are available in the FAB on time for SD and USD, upgrades and Field Change Orders (FCO).
  • Based on the daily plan of NXE operation , ensure the required tools and materials are available at the right time at the right place.
  • Perform administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list in order to maintain a correct configuration of all of installed machine in SAP.
  • Assist in the delivery of spare parts and special tooling during escalations.
  • Work with other ASML sectors and ensure proper communication, sharing of resources, and other assistance when needed.
  • Work with operation logistics team to guarantee the tracking sheet is clearly updated in a timely manner and is understood and followed by all appropriate personal
  • Research materials in SAP, trace the history of materials in SAP, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAP.
  • Work with sequence integrators to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled w.r.t the planning.
  • Work with technical engineers & sequence integrators, shift leaders and generalist to process material notifications for DOA’s (Dead on Arrival)
  • CAM Support within technical generalists

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or other relevant areas or experience in office administration
  • 0~3 years of experiences in semiconductor field and logistics technician in CS department for high tech products is a plus.

Skills

  • Data analysis and reporting skill to find out the area to focus
  • Knowledge of logistic process, service order process
  • Familiar with SAP, Visual Basic, Power BI and MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and flexibility.
  • Good coordination skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active, self-initiative and self-driven for planning, preparation and execution.
  • Good internal and customer communication skills.
  • Good verbal and written language skills in English.

Other information

Working Location : Icheon

Employment type : 1 year contract

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
