POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and experienced marketing professional to join our European marketing team as Digital & Marketing Communications Manager for the CEE region, based in Warsaw, Poland. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role.

Reporting to the European Digital Marketing & Communications Lead Institutional, this role is responsible for the local communication and digital marketing strategy for the institutional business across Poland and the broader Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) markets.

You will be part of the European Digital Marketing and Communications team and work closely with the marketing functions in the Global, European, and Country marketing teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

This role is pivotal in driving our brand's digital presence and ensuring effective communication strategies across various channels, including internal communications. We are looking for someone with a strong blend of digital expertise, strategic thinking, and creative flair to engage our target audiences and promote our products/services effectively throughout the buyer's journey.

Integral to the success of this role is the ability to understand the business impact of (digital) marketing communication strategies in the CEE region, determine which initiatives work best, and capitalize on this insight to continue scaling our demand generation efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Central & Eastern Europe (digital) marketing communication strategies across key online and offline communication channels and implement, track, and optimise them in the Polish and CEE markets.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to develop go-to-market communication strategies for products and services; actively share best practices and repurpose content.
• Create and implement the EU Diversey content calendar to support awareness and demand generation efforts across channels in close collaboration with the global digital marketing team.
• Plan and spearhead local marketing events and exhibitions to strengthen public relations and our company’s presence where it matters most.
• Oversee Diversey’s social media accounts and websites for Poland and CEE countries.
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution and ensure brand consistency across channels in local markets.
• Actively solicit relevant input from customers and local marketing and sales organizations to develop relevant marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Manage the internal communications plan for the region.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Strong B2B experience as a marketing professional, with strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and communications.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
• Experience managing projects and innovation launches with a self-starter mentality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with frontline colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams to balance solutions according to budget, schedule, and tools; proven project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Demonstrated writing, editing, and multitasking skills.
• Ownership mentality, business acumen, initiative, energy, and grit to succeed.
• Experience working successfully in a matrix organisation and collaborating cross-functionally with a “can-do” mindset
• Fluency in English and Polish language (written & spoken) is vital.
• Knowledge of routes to market and local market understanding in the CEE region is essential.
