Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead electrical projects through all phases.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Manage Lighting, Switchgear, and Subcontractor quotes and purchases.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Conduct on-site visits to construction sites to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.
Essential Skills
- Must have experience working for an Electrical Contractor.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, EBM estimating software, and MS Office.
- Proficient in project management and electrical estimating.
- Experience in managing Bio-Pharmaceutical and Class A Commercial TI's.
- Strong background in electrical engineering and design.
- Familiarity with NEC codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Bluebeam software for document management.
- Knowledge of construction management practices.
- Our Client experience is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment includes regular on-site visits to construction sites, requiring the use of advanced technology and software such as Bluebeam and MS Office. The role demands effective coordination with various teams, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere focused on achieving project milestones
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
