Description
Designs and develops regulatory product label layouts using industry-standard design software on Windows-based platforms, ensuring compliance with global labeling standards and product specifications. Utilizes Oracle Agile PLM to generate and manage label part numbers, executing engineering change orders (ECOs) to control document lifecycle and ensure traceability. Employs SharePoint and Jira for structured task tracking, documentation control, and cross-functional collaboration within engineering and regulatory teams. Leads cross-functional projects of moderate complexity, applying project management principles to ensure scope, schedule, and deliverables are met in alignment with organizational goals. Performs data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, leveraging formulas, pivot tables, and data transformation techniques to support decision-making and process optimization. Maintains detailed project documentation, tracks milestones, and delivers periodic status updates to stakeholders and management to ensure transparency and alignment. Collaborates within multidisciplinary teams, independently resolving low-risk technical issues and escalating critical risks as needed to maintain project continuity. Coordinates regulatory certification processes, including the generation of physical label samples using Zebra Designer and Zebra barcode printers, and ensures timely shipment to regulatory bodies. Implements updates to regulatory marking guides based on directives from the Zebra Regulatory department, maintaining version control and accessibility via SharePoint. Develops and delivers technical training materials, facilitating knowledge transfer and onboarding for internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent process adherence.
