As a Senior Program Integrator professional with MTSI you will work on high visibility or mission critical aspects of given program and performs all functional duties independently with Government oversight. This position will be located in the Washington, DC area.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Provides coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects managed by the program within and outside the division
- Keeps division leadership informed of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Supports management and execution of programs consisting of multiple projects. Ensures overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources
- Reports stats on all support efforts including updates in status and performance, major activities, challenges and opportunities, deliverables, and subcontractor performance
- Drafts, reviews, and edits final program reports, documents, and briefings for government approval
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than 3 years experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment.
- Experience must include program management support, administrative support, and process improvement
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, be capable of developing briefings and reports accurately summarizing program performance and addressing key issues for senior DAF and OSD leadership, and other DoD offices.
Desired Qualifications:
- Space and policy experience
- Relevant experience in mission integration, operations analysis and support, logistics, maintenance, personnel support and government program office support
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or related field
Clearance Requirements:
- Candidate must have a US Top Secret SCI security clearance
