We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Services Executive. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing high-quality support through phone, email, web chat, and in-person interactions. You will be responsible for delivering product and service information, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and ensuring an exceptional client experience at all times.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting customer issues, delivering both virtual and in-person presentations (travel required), coordinating regional and international conference calls, and maintaining accurate client records. You will also play a vital role in supporting office operations and assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Korean, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with global colleagues. Trustworthiness, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional client contact via phone, email, web chat and in person.
- Learn and provide service line information.
- Consultative questioning leading to up sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver client presentations, web based and face to face (travelling required).
- Troubleshoot customer issues via telephone and web chat.
- Schedule and monitor Asia Pacific and international conference calls.
- Maintain client records via accurate database entries.
- Consistently drive towards personal and group goals.
- Follow directions to complete internal processes and maintain company policies and standards.
- Ensure that all clients receive the highest level of customer service and support.
- Office operational support is required.
- Ad hoc support needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Korean languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
