About your new role…
Due to a recent internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Northmead Manufacturing Site in NSW. Your role of Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner offers day to day variety and partners with our Australian CCEP Supply Chain Teams. You will offer expert recommendations and solutions for the business on Health & Safety gained through comprehensive analysis, best practice research and external benchmarking in partnership with the Health & Safety Centre of Excellence. This role partners with the Manufacturing team and leads significant programs of work in support of our goal of zero life changing injuries.
The role will impact business outcomes through understanding the needs of the business and tailoring their solutions for maximum benefit. The role also works with other Health & Safety Business Partners across Australia to support local teams with the delivery of their safety priorities.
